INCOM Ltd., International Consulting & Management is based in Athens, Greece. Since 1997, INCOM has been involved in technical assistance projects in developing countries and transition economies world-wide, in activities related to the provision of expertise and training, institutional building, capacity building to policy and decision makers, public and business sector stakeholders and to academic community as well.
- Work with the EC technical assistance projects providing support and know how to the countries outside the EU (Western Balkans, Central Asia, Southern and Eastern Mediterranean, Africa, Eastern Partnership and other)
- We specialize in provision of expertise (Human Resources) to the governments in sectors* of their high interest via projects: trade, education, legal issues, partnership agreement and provide training, teaching, digital skills, Vocational skills development, capacity developments and other.
- The main engine in those projects (since 1997 we implemented more than 500 projects) are Human Resources (recruited hundreds of experts), are international and countries specialists in their sectors or expertise*.
- For this purpose, INCOM holds a specialized database (data holder) of experts who are retrieved via this database and work in those projects. INCOM manages sensitive HR data and therefore

What is your organization’s role in the project? What unique contribution does it bring to the team?
INCOM expectations from CERTAIN
As pioneers in the EU project management and recruiting, we have considered that AI is the future in our industry. We would like to efficiently analyze numerous resumes with the help of AI, reducing our workload by an estimated 30% – 40%. This will facilitate the assessment and decision-making process, streamline selection process for optimal results.
INCOM will collaborate with INTRA, to build a federated platform for CVs and aggregated insights based on the latter. The information to be shared in this platform will include sensitive human resources data and could therefore benefit from access to a trusted data space in-line with the MVDS concept developed in WP4. Specifically, participants in the data space, including trusted stakeholders/partners of INCOM’s business network, will be able to use the data space to share their information/CV with data sovereignty, interoperability and security. The pilot will benefit from the automated regulatory compliance functions of the CERTAIN data space to ensure access and use of the data inline with applicable regulations like GDPR.
