Representatives of HUMADEX and the AI Lab at the Jožef Stefan Institute (JSI) met in Ljubljana to exchange updates on their ongoing activities and discuss opportunities for future collaboration.
During the meeting, the HUMADEX team presented the objectives and latest progress of the CERTAIN and DATAPACT projects, highlighting shared interests in trustworthy artificial intelligence, AI governance, and regulatory compliance. The discussion identified several promising areas for collaboration, both within Slovenia and across broader European research and innovation initiatives.
The meeting brought together Inna Novalija, Izidor Mlakar, Tanja Zdolšek Draksler, and Alenka Guček, whose combined expertise from research and applied project environments contributed to a productive exchange of ideas.
The meeting marks an important step toward strengthening cooperation between academia and industry, fostering knowledge exchange, and supporting the development of trustworthy and responsible AI solutions. We look forward to continuing the dialogue and exploring joint activities in the future.
